04 / THE INFRASTRUCTURE BEHIND THE MOTOR

American motion.
Built from the
ground up.

We are building a plan for approximately eight-week motor prototype turnaround, supported by precision manufacturing infrastructure in St. George, Utah. Bringing design, machining, assembly, and dimensional verification closer together is intended to reduce the handoffs that extend development schedules.

  • 01 Electromagnetic analysis & mechanical design
  • 02 Planned CNC machining & prototype assembly
  • 03 Planned dimensional metrology & inspection
  • 04 Domestic sourcing & traceability development

Facility, equipment, supply-chain verification, and service accreditation are roadmap milestones. No current certification, export-control registration, or fully domestic component sourcing is represented here.

05 / A FASTER PATH TO PROTOTYPESPLANNED TURNAROUND / NOT A DELIVERY GUARANTEE

From requirements
to prototype.
Target: eight weeks.

We are building a manufacturing plan to turn around custom motor prototypes in approximately eight weeks after requirements and scope are agreed. Premium motor design, top-of-the-line power-electronics design, and a shorter path to physical hardware.

01 / DEFINE & DESIGN

Resolve the critical requirements early

+

Align the motion profile, mechanical envelope, electromagnetic architecture, power electronics, interfaces, and test criteria. Use shared design reviews to limit late changes and keep prototype scope executable.

REQUIREMENTS & DESIGN REVIEW
02 / BUILD & INTEGRATE

Plan parallel work around an eight-week target

+

Coordinate housing prototypes, magnet and winding procurement, PCB fabrication, and assembly in parallel. Our planned Utah manufacturing infrastructure is intended to shorten handoffs and accelerate iteration across the motor and custom controls.

03 / SHORTENING THE LEAD TIME

Aim to cut a lead time of 16–20 weeks in half

+

Custom motor development can take 16–20 weeks from specification to prototype. We are aiming to cut that lead time roughly in half, with a planned turnaround of approximately eight weeks. Coordinating motor design, power electronics, sourcing, and prototype assembly is central to that goal.

FASTER PROTOTYPES / APPLICATION-SPECIFIC EXECUTION

Eight weeks is a planned prototype-turnaround target, not an established delivery record or a guarantee. Timing depends on design complexity, component availability, tooling, revisions, and agreed verification scope. Qualification and production readiness are separate activities.

LET’S DEFINE THE REQUIREMENT

Your envelope.
Your application.
Our next conversation.

Bring us the constraints: axial space, torque, speed, duty cycle, feedback, connectors, and operating environment. Let’s define a custom motor and control integration around your application.
