Two disciplines.
One direction.
Adam DiMaio and Braden Williams bring mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and program leadership together to build Absolute Operations’ premium precision-motion platform and advance its ambition for top-of-the-line motor and power-electronics engineering.
Adam DiMaio
Mechanical Engineer
Leading mechanical design, housing prototypes, and cooling validation.
Adam leads corporate strategy, customer development, technical program direction, and capital planning. He leads the mechanical engineering side of the motor platform, including prototyping the housing, developing structural and mounting interfaces, and testing cooling approaches and thermal performance. His work informs design for manufacturing decisions across precision components, titanium hardware, motor structures, and aerospace assemblies.
He is responsible for translating customer requirements into executable programs, building prime contractor and OEM relationships, and maintaining disciplined alignment among engineering, quality, schedule, and cash flow.
Braden Williams
Electrical Engineer
Leading Electromagnetics and Power Electronics Prototyping and Design.
Braden leads electromagnetics and power electronics prototyping and design, including the testing needed to evaluate motor and power-stage performance. He also leads electrical architecture, controls integration, test strategy, and product development systems. His focus is the development of compact, efficient BLDC motor platforms and associated electronics for UAV applications, robotics, aerospace gimbals, actuation, and industrial motion.
He owns technical risk reduction, prototype validation, design documentation, and the roadmap for scalable motor families.
Engineering decisions.
Program discipline.
Connecting the customer requirement to the mechanical structure, electrical architecture, and path to production.
Adam leads mechanical engineering, housing prototyping, and cooling tests alongside program direction, customer relationships, and business resources. Braden leads electromagnetics and power electronics prototyping and design, electrical architecture, and controls validation. Together, their focus connects engineering, quality, schedule, and capital planning as Absolute Operations develops its motor platform and manufacturing capabilities.
